2 bunches of Radishes with tops intact
Sea Salt (the BEST you can get)
the BEST Unsalted Butter (or Herbed Butter if you are feeling fancy)
1 French Baguette, sliced diagonally, lightly toasted (I said LIGHTLY!)
Arrange the radishes on a bed of sea salt. Spread the butter on slices of toasted bread and arrange artfully on a platter. Serve at room temperature.
Those are her directions but I implore you to try this - thinly slice the radishes and put the radishes on the buttered baguette slices. WOWOWOWOWOW! I don't know why so many people don't like radishes - they are awesome!
